Oyster Mushroom Po'Boys Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound oyster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
Prepare the Mushrooms:
