anda paneer bhaji English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 eggs
  • 200 grams English Simpal Recipes paneer, diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs in a Hindi Simpal Recipes saucepan until they are hard-boiled. Once boiled, let them cool down, peel them, and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the pan and cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  4. Now, add red Marathi Simpale Recipes chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for another minute.
  5. Add diced paneer to the masala mixture and stir well to coat the paneer with the spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes until paneer becomes slightly golden.
  6. Finally, add the chopped boiled eggs to the pan and mix everything together gently.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the flavors are well combined.
  8. Serve Anda Paneer Bhaji hot with roti, paratha, or rice.
